The 5K Run (3.1 miles) is one flat, scenic loop around Rockland Lake.

Race shirts guaranteed to the first 300 run registrants. (We are unable to guarantee shirts for race day entries.)

Run to raise money to support Meals on Wheels: RRR is a unique running club in that proceeds from its races support local charities. Would you join us in our fundraising efforts? 7:15 - 8:15AM: Check-In
8:30: 5K Run
8:45: 10K Run
8:50: 5K Walk

Note: Rockland Lake State Park charges a parking fee after 8:00 AM. Arrive early!

RRR Members - $25 before May 8th
Non Members - $30 before May 8th
After May 8th, and RACE DAY, fee is
$40 for all.

Online registration will NOT be available after May 6th.

Pre-Race Packet Pick-Up and Registration will be held on Wednesday, May 8th - from 4 - 8PM at Meals on Wheels, 121 West Nyack Road, Nanuet, NY.

Medals presented to the top three male and female finishers in the 10K and 5K run for the following age groups:
19& under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
