Please join us on May 9th for the 5th Annual Bill Fortune Memorial 10K Run and 5K Run/Walk to benefit Meals on Wheels Programs & Services of Rockland, Inc. Please help the Rockland Road Runners raise money to help Meals on Wheels in its mission to serve the homebound, seniors and others in Rockland County through a multi-purpose agency which focuses on nutritional, recreational and social support programs by entering one of the 3 events. For all events, there is a $5 Rockland Road Runner discount until the end of online registration.

The 5K Run/Walk (3.1 miles) is one flat, scenic loop around Rockland Lake.

The 5K walk follows the same course as the 5K run, but starts later.

Techno shirts guaranteed to the first 400 run registrants. Walk tees available to first 100 walk registrants. (Shirts not guaranteed for race day entries.)

Run to raise money to support Meals on Wheels: RRR is a unique running club in that proceeds from all of its races support local charities. Would you join us in our fundraising efforts? 8:30: 5K Run
8:45: 10K Run
8:50: 5K Walk

Note: Rockland Lake State Park charges a parking fee after 8:00 AM. Arrive early!

AWARDS:

Medals presented to the top three male and female finishers in the 10K and 5K run for the following age groups: 19& under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
Awards will be given to the top three overall male and female walkers.

RRR Members - $25 before May 8th
Non Members - $30 before May 8th
After May 8th, and RACE DAY, fee is
$40 for 5K & 10K runs, $35 for 5K walk.

Online registration will NOT be available after May 5th.

Pre-Race Packet Pick-Up and Registration will be held on Thursday, May 7th - from 4 - 8PM at Meals on Wheels, 121 West Nyack Road, Nanuet, NY 10954.
