Can you handle the Hook?
The Hook Mountain Half Marathon is accurately measured (13.1 miles), very challenging and beautifully scenic. Start & finish at Rockland Lake State Park North Pavilion. Take a lap around Rockland Lake, down Hook Mountain (and we mean DOWN) to the trail along the Hudson River, south to Nyack Beach State Park and return.

The 5K Run (3.1 miles) is a flat scenic loop around Rockland Lake.

T-shirts for the first 500 advance registrants. Shirts not guaranteed to race day registrants.
