For 21 years, the Women's Distance Festival 5K has been the only women’s running or walking event in Rockland County. Ladies this is YOUR race - so come join us on Saturday, July 12. This race is presented by Rockland Road Runners and as always the proceeds will benefit the Rockland Family Shelter.

This year, we are participating in the Verizon Wireless HopeLine program, turning unused wireless phones into support for victims of domestic violence.
