Advance Signup & Packet Pick-Up
As always, we will be providing advance race packet pick-up (race number, T-shirt and goodie bag) as well as another opportunity to sign up for the race:
Thursday, July 10, 2008 - 5:00 - 7:30 pm at Rockland Family Shelter's office: 9 Johnsons Lane (off Route 304) New City. [click for directions]
For our younger viewers
As in the past, the kids run will be free. These races are really catching on and are a lot of fun. The runs are just a few hundred yards, but they are a joy to watch and they happen within a short enough time of the 5K race that there isnt a lot of hanging around involved.
Special Rates (Pre-registration only!)
We have a very popular flat student rate of $18 for participants who are 19 and under. And for the not-quite-so-young we have the same $18 rate for participants aged 60+.
The course and directions
As always the course will be Rocklands most scenic 5K. Our USAT&F certified lakeside loop is flat, fast and fun to run. A course map and directions to the race can be found on our map/directions page.
