Course Map and Directions

Parking

Parking will be in Rockland Lake State Park's North Parking Lots 1 and 2.

*IMPORTANT* It is highly recommended that you arrive NO later than 7:30 AM. There is plenty of parking for everyone, but keep in mind that there will be hundreds of cars arriving. Don't risk missing the start of the race!

There are no parking fees.

Parking lot #1 is adjacent to the North Pavilion where registration, chip pickup, refreshments, award ceremonies and rest rooms are located.

Parking lot #2 is within easy walking distance of the pavilion and race start area.

Directions

From Westchester and NYC via NYS Thruway:

Cross Tappan Zee Bridge and take Exit 11. Go straight to traffic light. Turn left at light onto Rte. 9W north. Go 4 miles to park on the right. Take second (north) entrance into park.


From New Jersey via Garden State Parkway:

From NJ, take the GSP north to NYS Thruway South toward Tappan Zee Bridge. Take exit 11. Make a left at end of ramp onto Rte. 59 east. Continue to first traffic light (Rte. 9W north). Make left turn. Park is 4 miles on the right. Take second (north) entrance into park.


From Upstate NY:

NYS Thruway South toward Tappan Zee Bridge. Take exit 11. Make a left at end of ramp onto Rte. 59 east. Continue to first traffic light (Rte. 9W north). Make left turn. Park is 4 miles on the right. Take second (north) entrance into park.


From George Washington Bridge:

Take upper level, stay in the right lane, and get on the Palisades Interstate Parkway. Take parkway north to exit 4. Take Rte. 9W north for 12 miles to park on the right. Take second (north) entrance into park.
